School Age Classroom
School students ages 5-12 years old socialize and play with friends their age, read, explore, and play games. There is one teacher to 15 students (a 1:15 ratio).
As children get older and more independent, they need new challenges. That's why Kids-R-It offers before and after school care, enrichment programs, and summer camps that address the changing and more varied needs of growing school-age children.
Most school-age children seek to develop a sense of self, a sense of who they are, what they can do, and how they are perceived by others. Our program takes into account the differing needs of school-age children ranging in age from 5 to 12 years old to ensure they successfully find their place in an increasingly complex world.

To make it easy for your family's schedule, buses provide transportation to and from neighborhood schools. Our school-age program also aligns with school calendars to provide fun and learning during holidays, teacher in-service days, and other school breaks.
