Kids-R-It Child Care Center and Preschool provides a safe, supportive environment with pleasant surroundings with mandated supervision of children at all times. The arrangement of personnel, materials, equipment, and activities promotes the intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development of a child in a manner consistent with the child’s cultural background. The children are at a tremendous time in their lives for growth in each of these areas. Our goal is to provide experiences for each child so that they have the opportunity to develop as a unique person at their own rate through discovery and creativity. - Develop concepts of right and wrong.

- Be interested in and appreciate books.
- Feel wanted, valued, and cared for by peers and adults in their life.
- Develop ability to interact with peers.
- Learn the necessity of sharing and cooperating with others.

Ages Served
We serve children ages 6 weeks through 12 years of age. We have 107 positions available at any one time, 16 of which may be infants (6 weeks - 16 months) 21 of which may be toddlers (16 months - 33 months), 40 preschool age (33 months - 72 months) and 30 school-age children up through 12 years of age. |

Days and Hours
We are open Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and will observe the following paid holidays: If the holiday falls on Saturday, we will be closed on Friday, and if on Sunday we will be closed on Monday to observe the special day.
If the center needs to close due to weather, the announcement will be made on Facebook and the radio at Radio Works US 95 on 95.1. If the center needs to close after children are already here, the parents will be notified immediately, and the center will remain open for an additional 2 hours if possible.
Closed for Staff Inservice for Two Days:

- The First Friday of March: Kids First Early Childhood Conference.
- Date to be Determined: Each year we have to find a trainer for the Early Learning KCF area’s the staff need. We will notify families in advance.

Meet Our Staff
Kids-R-It Child Care Center and Preschool teachers and staff have Early Childhood Education backgrounds and/or training through Child Care Aware, DHS, and Dept. Of Health. They have experience, are dependable, loving, and caring, and provide positive role models for your children. Our teachers' goals are to maintain conditions appropriate for each child's growth and development and to establish and maintain supporting, security-giving relationships with each child. |
